In Home Care Taker is Hiring a Caregiver Near West Bloomfield, MI

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to an elderly woman. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping her lead a fulfilling life by promoting her independence and well-being. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to work with a strong-willed individual.

Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication passing

- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized living environment

Requirements:

- Experience working with individuals with dementia is preferred

- First aid and CPR certification is a plus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required

- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed

- Must pass a state background check

- Knowledge of home care and assisted living practices

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
